Arizona Cardinals – Adrian Wilson S contract terminated.
Atlanta Falcons – Signed RB Antone Smith to a two-year contract extension.
Baltimore Ravens- Signed QB Joe Flacco to a six-year contract.
Buffalo Bills – Retained the rights for TE Mike Caussin for next season. Re-signed LB Bryan Scott to a one-year contract. An offer was submitted to TE Dorin Dickerson.
Carolina Panthers – Chris Gamble CB contract terminated.
Cincinnati Bengals – Agreed to terms with RB Cedric Peerman on a two-year contract. Submitted offers to S Jeromy Miles, WR Andrew Hawkins and LB Vincent Rey.
Cleveland Browns – Named Ray Farmer assistant general manager.
Dallas Cowboys – Released S Gerald Sensabaugh.
Detroit Lions – Signed P Blake Clingan.
Green Bay Packers – Named Alonzo Dotson college scout
Indianapolis Colts – Signed DT Fili Moala to a contract extension. Signed C Jeff Saturday to a one-day contract to announce his retirement and hired him to work in the team’s marketing and community relations department.
Kansas City Chiefs – Signed P Dustin Colquitt to a five-year contract. Designated OT Branden Albert as their franchise player. Agreed to terms with WR Dwayne Bowe on a multiyear contract. Released OL Eric Winston.
Miami Dolphins – Designated DT Randy Starks as their franchise player.
Minnesota Vikings – Terminated the contract of WR Michael Jenkins.
New England Patriots – Released OL Kyle Hix and FB Spencer Larsen.
Philadelphia Eagles – Signed QB G.J. Kinne to a two-year contract.
Pittsburgh Steelers – Agreed to terms with CB William Gay on a three-year contract.
San Diego Chargers – Released LB Takeo Spikes.
