Carolina Panthers – 31
Tampa Bay Buccaneers – 13
The Buccaneers are downright bad and their schedule doesn’t get any easier. Tampa Bay rookie quaterback, Mike Glennon has potential but it’s to late for the Buccaneers to do anything this season. As for the Panthers they are looking impressive. Cam Newton continued his elite performance for the third straight week. When Cam is good the Panthers are a team that is hard to beat.
New Orleans Saints – 35
Buffalo Bills – 17
The Saints are who we thought they are. They rely on Drew Brees and until someone can stop him, they will continue to rely on him. As for the Buffalo Bills, they continue to be scrappy but are just too young to compete versus a team like the Saints. Buffalo desperately needs a bye week to get healthy, however, week 12 is a few weeks away.
Kansas City Chiefs – 23
Cleveland Browns – 17
The Browns almost pulled out a huge upset beating the 7-0 Chiefs (8-0 after this win). However, the Browns just didn’t have enough horse power to finish the game. Jason Campbell was a nice surprise for the Browns and might be considered the starter if he continues playing like he did. As for the Chiefs they were expected to win this game easily, maybe they just overlooked a bad Browns team, or maybe they just aren’t as good as we all think.
Detroit Lions – 31
Dallas Cowboys – 30
Was there any defense in this one? No! Dallas could have won this game easily if they could have stopped one guy, Calvin Johnson Jr. Johnson destroyed the Cowboys secondary, he had 14 receptions for 329 yards and one touchdown. As for Dallas, they may have bigger problems than Johnson. Dez Bryant decided to play diva once again on the sidelines and was yelling at his teammates and coaches near the end of the game. It’s unclear why he was so upset but maybe it’s just because he realizes Calvin Johnson Jr. is a beast and can’t be beat.
San Francisco 49ers – 42
Jacksonville Jaguars – 10
Well this wasn’t much of a game at all. The 49ers dominated this game right from the start, but hey Jacksonville fans had some hope until kickoff. The 49ers are just too good for a team like Jacksonville right now. The 49ers continue to show why they made a trip to the Super Bowl last year and Jacksonville might need to go back to the drawing board and start thinking about the 2014 draft.
New England Patriots – 27
Miami Dolphins – 17
This was a very good game until the Patriots realized they can play football. The Dolphins had the Patriots on the ropes and it looked like Tom Brady would lose back to back games. However, Mr. Brady had different plans and the Patriots scored 24 unanswered points in the 2nd half. The Dolphins have to be upset with the way the season is panning out. They started 3-0 and have lost 4 straight games and find themselves in 3rd place in the AFC East.
New York Giants – 15
Philadelphia Eagles – 7
This wasn’t the best game for either team but the Giants find themselves on a two game winning streak. I really thought the Eagles would win this game with Vick, however, he was replaced in the second quarter by Matt Barkley. Vick was clearly not healthy and Barkley is clearly not ready to be a starter. As for the Giants, they still have a lot of work to do but a win is a win.
Cincinnati Bengals – 49
New York Jets – 9
Who is Marvin Jones? Jones made a splash on Sunday and caught four touchdowns and had 122 receiving yards. The Bengals controlled this game from the start and the Jets never had a shot. Geno Smith should be in the Katy Perry video – Hot n Cold. Smith had a great week last week versus the Patriots, however, looked awful versus the Bengals. The Jets are certainly hoping he becomes more consistent or Smith won’t be the quarterback of the future.
Oakland Raiders – 21 Pittsburgh Steelers – 18
Just when you though the Steelers were making a comeback they lay an egg. What happened to the ground and pound Steeler days? The Steelers were down right awful on the ground and tried to be one dimensional and in the NFL that just doesn’t work unless you have a Drew Brees or Tom Brady. Now for the Raiders, many of you have probably seen the Terrelle Pryor run for 93 yards. Yes Pryor can run but the one thing that is clear he can’t pass.
Denver Broncos – 45
Washington Redskins – 21
Peyton Manning, need I say anything more? Manning put on a clinic and showed Robert Griffin III why pocket passing quarterbacks are still the best in this league. Griffin just couldn’t compete versus the star studded Broncos offense.
Arizona Cardinals – 27
Atlanta Falcons – 13
Are we in some parallel universe, did the Cardinals really beat the Falcons? Oh wait, I forgot the Falcons are bad this year I mean really bad. Without Julio Jones and Roddy White this team might just want to pack it up for the year. Oh and not even Steven Jackson could help them in this game. “I’m sorry Miss Jackson but I am for real,” it’s time to pack it up. As for the Cardinals, this is a great win and hopefully this will help their confidence. And I am hoping the Cardinals don’t trade Larry Fitzgerald it would be a huge mistake.
Green Bay Packers – 44
Minnesota Vikings – 31
Wait what, Cordarrell Patterson ran for more yards than Adrian Peterson? Yes, Patterson took a kickoff for 109 yards and set an NFL record and Peterson only rushed for 60 yards. However, the Vikings couldn’t compete with the great Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers and Jordy Nelson put on a show. The nice thing about Green Bay is they finally have a rushing attack and it really does take some pressure off of Rodgers.
