Reggie Miller is one of the greatest pure shooters in the history of the NBA. He’s the NBA’s second all-time leader in 3-point field goals made and he is on the list of the top 50 greatest players in the NBA.
During the 1995 NBA Eastern Conference Semi-Finals, Reggie Miller vetted his anger and disgust of the New York Knicks by dropping two 3-point field goals in less than six seconds which tied the game 105-105.
Two free throws missed by John Starks lead to the Indiana Pacers possession of the ball and that was all she wrote; Miller put the game on ice and left the Knicks fans with an unbelievable look of shock and awe on their faces.
This is one of my favorite Legendary Moments because I remember how physical the rivalry was between the Knicks and the Pacers, and the Eastern Conference was far more competitive because opposing teams hated each other and the referees didn’t dictate the flow of the game.
