Ben Buchanan – Bogut was a key cog in the Warriors magical regular season. Although he wasn’t as much of a factor in the post-season run, he’ll still be a large part of the Warriors moving forward. The 7 foot Aussie is one of the best defenders in the entire NBA. He locks down the paint on a night to night basis. Bogut should be back in the starting lineup for the Warriors next year contributing more than the stat sheet would indicate, especially on the defensive end.
Jr. Williams – The 2005 No.1 overall draft pick didn’t exactly pan out in Milwaukee, however, he’s been the perfect role player for a Warriors team heavily equipped with offensive firepower and defensive specialist ( Andre Iguodala, Draymond Green). Make no mistake about it, Bogut has the ability to make the best out of his offensive opportunities, and with only 5.6 fga per game last season, he still managed to average 12 points per game. Defensively speaking, he’s a big body who clogs the middle and has the ability to alter shots ( 1.7 bpg), he’s also one of the best passing players in his position (2.7 apg ) . Due to concussion protocol Bogut is off to a slow start this season, but I expect him to be a huge asset for the Warriors and finish among the top-15 centers in the NBA.
