Sports Unbiased Staff G.F.R. Analysis
Jr. Williams – The 2013 and 2014 NBA Sixth Man of the Year is no stranger to putting big numbers on the boards– Jamal Crawford has been providing instant offensive services for 15 years. The savvy veteran shot .396 from the field which is the second lowest percentage of his career and his minutes per game are also on the decline (26.6 mpg). Crawford has also been at the top of trade talks with rumors of him heading to Miami or New York. Still, when healthy he’s arguably the best offensive option coming off the bench for virtually any team in the league.
Ben Buchanan – Crawford has been one of the most consistent scoring punches off the bench for years now. He currently is in a rocky situation with the Clippers as he would like more playing time, but the Clippers added wing players such as Lance Stephenson and Paul Pierce who will eat lots of his minutes. Crawford should draw lots of interest on the trade market.
Sauping R. Arguello – Crawford has always been instant offense off the bench but his defense (or lack there of) is his biggest weakness. He also has questionable shot selection.
Summary
Offensively sound and great in clutch situations, Jamal Crawford rounds off the top-10 SG in the NBA. He represents one of the very few who won't fall to far from the top of the rankings due to his overall efficiency.
