The Washington Nationals ran away with the National League East in 2014 winning the division by 17 games. In fact, their 96 win season was the only above .500 record in the division. In 2015, the NL East just might see a similar outcome unless some teams can turn it around. With some big names still on the market and things not completely settled, it is a minor adventure to predict the 2015 finish.
The calendar is not far removed from rolling over, Spring Training has not begun, some trades will still be made, and there will be injuries that affect a team’s forecasted finish as well as their fan bases spirits. However, it is never too early to look at Major League Baseball in 2015 and make some early predictions.
Upon request, this series is rolled back in 2015 removing some of the finer details and hitting the high points for each team’s early 2015 predictions. But do not fear, what you need to know will be here.
