New York Giants All-Pro punter Dave Jennings died Wednesday morning. He was 61. For the last two decades ,Jennings fought Parkinson’s disease. Jennings was also known as an extraordinary broadcaster. This past weekend football fans mourn the loss of Jack Butler, who died Saturday at the age of 85.  Butler, a NFL Hall of Fame cornerback, who played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, revolutionized the way cornerbacks played in the NFL. Nnamdi Asomugha and the San Francisco 49ers have agreed on a one-year contract with a base package of $1.35 million with the potential to make as much as $3 million. The caveat to earning the money is based on Asomough making the team. The former All-Pro cornerback was cut by the Philadelphia Eagles in the offseason. Asomugha had signed a five-year contract with the Eagles in 2011 for $60 million with $25 million guaranteed.
