My name is Sonia Puente. I am a recent graduate from Azusa Pacific University, located in Azusa, CA. I received my Bachelors degree in Journalism. At my university I was also sports editor for my college newspaper. I am from La Puente, CA and a family that are huge Dodger fans. I am Dodger, Clipper, and Kings Fan . I can watch any game, sports is my passion. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family,meeting new people, traveling, and going new places. On Tuesday night, it was a battle between the two first place teams- the San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Clippers. It was the Clippers that came up short and lost 103-113 at home. Before Tuesday night’s game, the Clippers and Spurs have met up before, each taking a win, but the Spurs ended up breaking the tie-breaker. The Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Oklahoma City Thunder 107-103, which puts them at 18-35 and 4th in the Pacific Division. Losing against the Thunder on Thursday night was the Lakers fifth consecutive lost at home and they have lost their last eight games out of 10.  It was the last game before the All-Star break. The Lakers were ahead at the end of the first three quarters, but then Kevin Durant and the Thunder became unstoppable.
